Who we are
This policy is maintained by Soublox Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 20.353.430/0001-02), the data controller for timer2.me. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
What data we collect
We collect browsing data (pages visited, device, referral source) through analytics cookies, and any data you send us voluntarily when booking a demo or contacting us, such as name, email and company.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies, needed to remember your language, theme and cookie choice, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics), enabled by default to help us understand how the site is used. You can turn them off anytime via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
Legal basis
We process browsing data based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), subject to your right to object at any time, and contact data based on steps taken at your request prior to a contract, when you ask for a demo (LGPD art. 7, V).
Sharing with third parties
Analytics cookies send aggregated usage data to Google Analytics (Google LLC), which may process it outside Brazil under its own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, and object to analytics cookies, by contacting [email protected] or via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Retention
We keep browsing data for Google Analytics' default retention period (up to 14 months) and contact data for as long as needed to handle your request, unless a longer legal retention applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The last update date is shown below.
